The client, a top player in the automotive industry, was dealing with an inefficient way of managing their people and projects due to the usage of deprecated and hard-to-maintain corporative communication tools.
The problems of the application were the fact that it worked slowly and had synchronization issues with third parties services that provide a lot of data. This application are available only on the Continental intranet.
